The Arkansas Energy Office of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture's Public Policy Center are pleased to bring you the third issue of Energizing Arkansas.  This publication was developed to provide policy makers, stakeholders and interested citizens with timely, informative articles on the development of sustainable and renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy policy in Arkansas.
