Arkansas Industrial Energy Technology Loan Program

The Arkansas Industrial Energy Technology Loan (IETL) Program finances energy efficiency retrofits and green energy implementation for industries in Arkansas.  The IETL Program encourages Arkansas' industries to make investments in clean technologies and improvements in the energy efficiency of industrial processes and systems.

The Arkansas Energy Office is now accepting applications from industry for loan projects.  Find out more information at the IETL Home Page.

Home Energy Affordability Loan (HEAL) Program

The Home Energy Affordability Loan (HEAL) pilot program targets energy affordability, job creation and greenhouse gas reductions by helping participating businesses reduce their utility expenditures and assisting their employees to perform similar energy saving measures in their homes.

The HEAL pilot program will provide four Arkansas businesses (one in each Congressional District) with facility audits and zero interest retrofit financing of energy efficiency improvements for their facilities. Following commitment of these commercial retrofit measures, HEAL will provide home audit and retrofit opportunities for up to 100 employees of each participating business. The businesses agree to use a portion of their facility energy savings to develop a zero interest employee loan fund to finance the identified residential improvements for their employees.

The Arkansas Energy Office's partner in the program, Clinton Climate Initiative, is now accepting applications from eligible industries.  Find out more information at the HEAL Home Page.

U.S. Department of Energy's Industrial Technologies Funding
