The Arkansas Tire Accountability Program (TAP) is committed to promoting sustainable, environmentally sound, and cost effective practices of tire waste reduction, reuse, and recycling through innovative technology, outreach, and education.

TAP’s primary goals include:

Reducing the amount of waste tire sites by promoting individual and corporate responsibility
Eliminating the need for waste tire landfills and monofills
Transforming the business of waste tires to one that utilizes tires as reusable and eco-friendly resources
